  1st of all I left 2 messages to get everything set up for a shuttle for my wedding, & no call back. The owner of my venue finally got a hold of them on a different number to get everything setup. The total amount was 650 for a 14 passenger van 11:00-Midnight, not bad. They picked up the 1st group, the guy was dressing in dirty jeans and a t-shirt ,really for a wedding? 2nd group never got picked up (thank god my cousin had a big van), then during the reception my sick great aunt wanted to go back to the hotel to rest, no driver anywhere, had to call him & he was sitting at the hotel? Everyone was there at the reception, not sure why he was sitting at the hotel! She had to wait 30 mins for him to come get her. After our big day I called the owner to let her know that I was very upset with their service, she was very rude , kept defending her driver for missing our 2nd pick up & him sitting at the hotel. Never offered any money back, an apology, or anything. Never Again!
